EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Returns are easy at CherrieAuto. All our products are made with love & pride, however, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you, i.e. :
· Wrong size
· Wrong color
· Wrong quantity
· Defective, or
· Entirely different product
you are entitled for a free return/ exchange on the same.
Please write to us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID and reasons for exchange/return. We will then initiate a return request which is followed by a reverse pick up of the product. Once we receive the product, it is checked at our quality department to ensure the product meets all the return requirements. After the product has undergone inspection and passes the same, the entire amount will be transferred to your Cherrieauto account as brownie points (1Brownie point equals 1 Rupee). In case you need the amount to be returned to your bank account / cards, please mention that separately on your return request.
We offer a 20 day return/exchange guarantee for all the items, given that they meet the requirements. However, any products sold under sale will not be returned or exchanged.
Please note the exchange/returns will not be processed if any of the below conditions are not met.
• The product should be unused
• All the tags/packaging should be intact
• No part of the packaging/ product tags should be tampered
• The product should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box in which it came and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
